Kim Delong of Finger Lakes Thoroughbred Adoption Program
In the newest episode of The Aftercare Ally series, I spoke with Kim Delong, President of Finger Lakes Thoroughbred Adoption Program (FLTAP). This New York-based charitable organization is accredited by the Thoroughbred Aftercare Alliance. FLTAP has been assisting with aftercare for over 15 years.
Kim and I talked about the origin of FLTAP, their unique location, and their annual Ride for Retirees event. Additionally, Kim welcomes the public to visit their barn Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Friday, or Saturday between 10:00 am and 3:00 pm. They have a supply of peppermints for you to share with the horses!
I am grateful to Kim Delong for joining me in this podcast and hope our listeners enjoy the conversation! You can listen to the podcast by clicking here.
